Ayubowan, that is the traditoinal greeting in the singhalese language.
Thank you for taking the time to go through my home page. All my friends call me Sahan so lets do away with formalities and you can call me Sahan as well.
I was born in the beautiful island of Sri Lanka, on the 13th of February, 1979. That makes me 23 years old (thanks to Jscript variables). I was born in luscious city of Kandy and spent most of my life there. Most of my schooling was done at "The Best School of All", Trinity College. Thanks to my father who regularly travels abroad I got the opportunity to experience life out side Sri Lanka on many occasions. I spent one year in Sweden when I was quite small. I also spent one year in Aberdeen, Scotland in 1992 and a year in Norman Oklahoma, US in 1994. These times abroad taught me many things about "The life the Universe and everything".
These experiences I had abroad, my diverse and challenging alma mater ad most impotantly my parents and my sister have been instrumental in making me the person I am today. My parents knew how to challenge me and lead me to learn the many wonders of life. My father bought our first computer when I was around 6 years old. I still remember the old commodore 64 on which I started to play games and program in good old Basic.
